THE APOCOLYTE!
Today we will again enjoy the creative work of Wallace "Wally" Wood.
In 1969 Wood published the first adventure of a bizarre group of characters he labeled 'The Misfits',
in a self-published comic entitled HEROES, INC. #1. That original story was published in color,
written by Wood, and drawn by him with help from one of his assistants Ralph Reese.

The story of The Misfits continues in HEROES, INC. #2, published in 1976, a black and white volume with color covers. Here then is their tale, written and drawn by the incredible Wally Wood,
the tale of Mystra, Shag, and Glomb, also known as
"THE MISFITS!"
